NOTE: This is a non-refundable transaction. Minimum time need 45 minutes, maximum tour time 2 hours. Each visit promises access to at least 60 legendary rooms and 32 concealed passages. Which rooms and which secret doors change daily, as we have 112 rooms and nearly 90 secret doors! Discovering 3 secret doors makes you an above-average sleuth. It's your challenge to find and conquer!

I authorize The Mansion on O StreetO Street Museum Foundation, 2020 O Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. to run my credit card, in the amount entered on this electronic form, and request my bank release these funds to the merchant processing bank.

Accounts due on delivery. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be charged on overdue accounts. should your balance become overdue, you shall be liable for all costs, including, reasonable attorney's fees, which may be incurred by H.H. Leonards Associates, Inc., trading as The Mansion on O Street, in collecting the outstanding balance on your account. Membership dues & functions are not tax deductible. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Liability: If you send in this electronic form, you agree that H.H. Leonards, 2020 O Street Corporation, O Street Museum Foundation, The Mansion on O Street and H.H. Leonards Associates (hereinafter all "HHL") and its agents shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred by you and/or your guests (hereinafter "you") at The Mansion or while coming or going from The Mansion. You shall hold HHL harmless for any and all claims arising by reason of the use of The Mansion, including but not limited to alcohol consumption.
