Gallery: up to 30 people $1,450

museum packages get the following amenities:

  • up to 8 hours of facility space
  • tables and chairs (inquire about casual seating options)
  • flip chart/paper/markers
  • free use of wireless internet
  • complimentary housekeeping

Additional hours can be rented for $500/hour
Add break-out rooms for plenary sessions for $150/room
Rental fee is not considered a donation and therefore is not tax deductible.

Non-Profit Discount

  • Non-profit organizations that rent the museum five (5) or more times per year receive a discount in the amount of 20% off the standard rental rates.
  • Non-profit organizations that rent the museum fewer than five (5) times per year receive a discount in the amount of 5% off the standard rental rates.

Licensee must provide proof of federal tax exemption status to receive this discount.

Required Fees

  • Full amount of facility rental fee is required to hold your date. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.
